We started Orfela because of how this book is usually sold.

It is a genuinely good manual 302 pages, 70 projects, clear photographs, real parts lists. But most people meet it through a twenty-minute video they cannot skip, a price that only appears at the end, and a return address on another continent.

We thought the book deserved better than that, and so did the people buying it.
